Streamlining HUD Certifications

In May of 2020, HUD published a Final Rule finalizing the regulatory language to implement the FAST Act provisions contained in the December 2017 interim. Specifically, this Final Rule amended regulations as it relates to the following:

• Asset Verification
• Utility Allowance Reimbursements
• The final fixed-income Triennial Income Verification

Reducing the Administrative Burden for Owners
