LIHTC-DEV ACE Exam (Retake)

The LIHTC-DEV ACE Exam certifies professionals have an understanding of maintaining compliance under Section 42.

Each exam has 80 multiple-choice, open-book questions and must be completed within three hours. Candidates must start the exam within two weeks of finishing the course and must score at least 80% to pass.

Note: This is a retake exam intended for individuals who have previously completed the initial LIHTC-DEV ACE Exam. If the initial exam has not been completed prior to purchase, this retake will not be assigned.
