LIHTC ACE (Combo) Exam (Retake)

The LIHTC ACE (Combo) exam certifies professionals have an understanding of maintaining compliance under Section 42.

Each exam has 80 multiple-choice, open-book questions and must be completed within three hours. Candidates must start the exam within two weeks of finishing the course and must score at least 80% to pass.

Note: This is a retake exam intended for individuals who have previously completed the initial LIHTC ACE (Combo) Exam. If the initial exam has not been completed prior to purchase, this retake will not be assigned.
