LIHTC ACE Exam Combo (First-Time)

The LIHTC ACE exam certifies professionals have an understanding of maintaining compliance under Section 42.

Each exam has 80 multiple-choice, open-book questions and must be completed within three hours. Candidates must start the exam within two weeks of finishing the course and must score at least 80% to pass.

This designation helps professionals ensure LIHTC compliance in either property management, development, or both.
