HCCP Exam

The Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) is a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers, and others working in the affordable housing industry through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. US Housing Consultants is an authorized distributor of the HCCP exam.

For any attendee or client that has questions about testing, whether they should register as a first-time test taker or if they should register as a retake, or scheduling their online HCCP exam once purchased, please contact NAHB directly at hccpinfo@nahb.org before purchasing the exam.

Note: US Housing Consultants will not be able to refund any money once the Access Code has been provided. If the tester pays for a first-time exam, but NAHB later advises they are a retake test taker, the tester will be required to pay another fee for a separate code.
