The 2-hour course focuses on real workplace examples and proactive practices that help maintenance teams stay professional, compliant, and confident in every interaction.

• Explain the purpose and core protections of the Fair Housing Act
• Identify prohibited discriminatory behaviors, including actions that may be unintentional
